It doesn’t have to be what you work on, but it can be. It’s about what you do when you feel your best.
For whom am I doing it?
Who is the recipient of what you do? Who is helped when you do what you do?
What do they need/miss that I do it for?
If you didn’t do what you do, what wouldn’t be there for them?
How does it change them/what is the result?
How does it transform those you do it for, i.e. how does the situation change for them?
